My goal is going very well, I have been able to keep somewhat of a track of what I'm eating. My family has also been encouraged to start eating healthier, my mother is making healthier meals as well as healthier snacks. I have felt better with my healthier eating, I can feel the difference from when I was eating other, non-healthy things. I feel very accomplished for completing my goal and I hope to carry on with healthy eating. I dont have any proof that I have achieved my goal, I can start writing down what I'm eating so I know that what I am eating.
