foreshadowing and connections
foreshadowing/suspense: From the e-mail that Peter Van Houten sent Hazel: "should you find yourself in Amsterdam, however, please do pay a visit at your leisure. I am usually home."
Connections: 1 connection is text to world. In the book, 2 teens have cancer. I think this connects to the world because many teens in the world also have cancer.
