In the meditation yesterday it was very cool be cause there was a lady telling us to relax your body and fall a sleep . The meditation was really cool it helped everyone was asleep at the end of class everyone was relax.The meditation made me relax to as well as the others.
I did not know if I was going to like the meditation but now I know I like it.During the activities my animals friend was a bunny the garden was filed with many flowers. Now I will try to meditating on my time at home.I will meditating agin because I think it was fun to do.
Meditation-is a way to relax and feel good.

Deep breathing-the way you breath when your meditating. You breath in with your noes and out with your mouth.
