3 ways to stay positive are...

-Think of things that make you happy or relaxed to distract you from the harder things

-Be with your friends that can support you and cheer you up

-Focus on the things you have going for you more than the things going against you

5 things I am thankful for are

-Having a supportive family

-Great teachers

-Living in a good environment

-Having helpful friends

-Being able to have food and water whenever I need it
