Hype for Sugar

Everyone's always excited to see any kind of sweets or desert on a table, but is this really something you want to eat? Of course it is, but you shouldn't eat it ALL the time. Sugar can just be a craving and is something you shouldn't eat every single day because of how unhealthy it is. If you're trying to maintain a healthy diet, sugar is one of the single worst ingredients to have on a plate.
