"WHAT I FELT DURING MEDITATION"
The first thing we did in meditation is sit comfortably, have good posture and breathe. Then we did this "Let your thoughts go" meditation. It kind of made me feel new and lighter.Finally we did this sleeping meditation. I was knock out I couldn't wake up. Before I started meditation I was a little scared, but it wasn't scary at all. During the meditation weird things like candy, tangerines, Tobymac ( a famous christian singer), and my dog ( Jimbo). Also I would try meditation again. It made me feel relaxed. I feel lighter. I'm so glad i did that.
meditation - sitting and saying "umm".
mantra - using sounds to meditate.
deep breathing - relaxing, inhale and exhale.
