Bad Customer Service

My Dad's car needed repair as the blow motor that controlled the air conditioning was acting up. This was affecting the performance of the engine and the techs inside as well. I went with him to repair it and we had to go three times in the course of a week. And each time we met a different person who gave us a different price for the same service. After the price got sorted out, we had to wait almost a week and half before we got our car back when it should've been only 2-4 days. The most they did for us was give us 10% off and gave me a free hat.

Out of the three R's: Refund, Replacement and Repair. We got Repair.
