Chicken Enchilada  Pie

1 lb ground  chicken

1 tsp black pepper  

2 tsps cumin  

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp  salt

1 jar picante sauce (any heat level you like)

1 bag mexican blend cheese

12 soft corn taco shells

1/2 cup chopped onions

1 TBSP  minced garlic  

1 10 oz can enchilada sauce

In a skillet add chicken , onion and seasonings . Cook until  chicken is done. Pre heat oven 350 then add picante sauce to chicken and remove from heat. In a pie plate add enchilada sauce.

In a 8×8 baking dish and use non stick spray . Take four taco shells and dip in sauce on both sides then layer on bottom of dish. Add some of the chicken on top then 1/2 cup of cheese . Do this until you get to top layer. Add the rest of chicken and cheese . Bake for 25 mintues  or until its bubbles good . Let set for 5 mintues  before cutting.
