library of Congress Do you like to read books? Well come to Washington D.C. They will have all books you could imagine at the Library of Congress. It has more than 17 million books; I guess that explains why it’s the biggest library in the world. The public cannot check out books but if over the age of 18 you can read books in the library. Most of the books are for government officials only. Over 200,000 books are children’s books. When they first built the library, somebody burned it down but they rebuilt it in 1886.I’m glad you could come. THE END
