What kind of smoothie would you like?

Strawberry smoothie!!!


  • 8 strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 cubes ice, crushed


In a blender combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Toss in the ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.

Banana smoothie with blue berries
1 ripe, medium-sized banana 3/4 cup blueberries 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt 1 tsp. Cinnamon 3/4 cup of skim milk (optional) 1/2 cup of crushed ice1Get 1 ripe medium banana.
1 Peel and place in the blender. The softer the banana is, the smoother your smoothie will be.
2 Next get 3/4 cup blueberries. Try and get buy them as fresh as possible for the best flavor. Rinse the blueberries in water, then place in the blender.
3 Add in the rest of the ingredients.
Place 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3/4 cup of skim milk (if you want), and 1/2 cup of crushed ice into the blender. Blend
until smooth.
4 Once you think that it's smooth enough, pour into a glass and enjoy! Now you have a perfect smoothie for the summer.
