#whattheheartwants We're starting to live off of sugar because we add it to almost everything we eat."Major sources of added sugars in Americans' diets are sugar-sweetened beverages, desserts, fruit drinks, dairy desserts (ice cream) and candy." Sugar is killing us slowly everyday we eat it more than we should. If we eat sugar more and more we'll end up with so many heart diseases and probably dead.
