Divergent by Veronica Roth

One choice can transform you

Divergent by Veronica Roth is an awesome book and I would recomend people to read this book. Divergent is about a teenager named Tris/Beatrice and she is 16 already and she and her brother are taking an aptitude test to see what faction to choose on the Ceremony Day. The factions are Amity they are kind and they farm, Erudite they are smart, Candor say the truth, Abnegation are selfless, Dauntless are fearless, and brave. When Tris is done taking her apitude test she finds out that her test was inconclusive which means that she is Divergent. In the Choosing Ceremony Tris decides to choose Dauntless. She does dangerouse stuff in Dauntless. When she is in Dauntless she makes new friends and she meets Four, he is Tris' instructor. They fall in love. In second stage they practice how to pass each fear because they need to take a test of their fears and all the Dauntless leaders gather around and they see each initiate's fears. Four lets Tris see each of his fear and while they are going through Four's fears she finds out who Marcus son is and Four is his son and his name is Tobias. When they are done taking the test they look at the scoreboard and see the time. Tris is in 1 place because she had less time to get through her fears. When they get done they inject them with a serum, because they said that it was a track them. Tris wakes up and sees people moving. She finds out that the serum is controlling them, and they don't know what they are doing. Tris is Divergent so she can't be controlled so she needs to act like the other people who are injected. The reason why they injected them was to hunt down Divergence's. Dauntless are attacking Abnegation beacuase the Erudite teamed up with the Dauntless leaders to destroy Abnegation. Tris and Four went to go find Tris' parents. Her parents died. Four and Tris stop the simulation. Caleb, Marcus, Peter, Tris, and Four ride the train until the end of the line.
