UTA Reflection

Jocelyn Galarza

The first thing that popped into my head when we arrived at campus was how big UTA was. The campus was enormous and it was really spread out. one of my favorite parts of the trip was the science show. The show was entertaining and educational. The science show had many fun and interesting experiments. My least favorite part of the trip was that we couldn't tour the UTA campus due to the bad weather. For next year's tour, I want to ask more questions concerning the career I want to pursue. I also hope that more students get more opportunities to ask questions. Another suggestion is to have a more broad variety of college students, so that our answers for our questions get answered more clearly. I honestly think UTA is a great school, but it doesn't appeal to me. I think UTA is a little too close to home. I have been raised in Arlington my whole life and it would be nice to go somewhere else for a change. I benefitted a lot from this trip and hopefully I can tour another college one day.
