Ronald Reagan was born February 6th, 1911 and died June 5th, 2004. He was raised by a Catholic and a Presbyterian. Religion was important to Reagan and he used it as a political weapon. He was a republican from Dixon, Illinois. He was married to Nancy Reagan and had 5 children.

Reagan was the 2nd son of Jack & Nelle. His family was poor and moved throughout small towns in Illinois trying to establish business. At the age of 9 the family moved to Dixon, Illinois where he grew to adulthood. His nickname was Dutch. He was popular even though he didn't mind solitude.

Ronald graduated during the Great Depression and eventually found a job in Davenport, Iowa as a sports announcer for a radio station. He was an a actor. His role in the movie Knute Rockne- All American as George Gipp made him famous. Reagan was anti communist. He was an U.S governor and finished his career as a President. He received a Bachelors degree from Eureka College.
