Ninth Amendment

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

This refers to the natural rights, which the Founders believed all people were born with as the gift of God or nature.

Passed by Congress September 25, 1789-Rosa Parks showed this amendment when she was told to move into a different seat for African Americans and wouldn't move.
