The 25th Amendment

The 25th Amendment says that if a President becomes disabled or dies, the Vice President will take over the presidency.

Important Facts:

1. This amendment was passed on February 10, 1967.

2. If a Vice President's spot becomes empty, then the President may choose another Vice President if the Congress approves it.

3. There are four sections of this amendment.
