By: Cindy Martinez
The Judicial Branch is headed by the Supreme Court which is the highest court in the United States. It is also made up of all the federal courts around the country. One of the main jobs of the Judicial Branch is to make sure that the other two branch don't take any actions that are unconstitutional. They interpret the constitution to see whether or not the rights of citizens are being violated. Another responsibility that this branch has is settling disputes between two or more states.
