The Endocrine System
> The endocrine system is the collection of glands.
> The endocrine system is responsible for the fast growth you experience your teen years
> The endocrine system is a chemical communication system that many body functions.
The Male Reproductive System
> Sperms are produced in the testes
> A problem of the male reproductive system is injuries to the testes
> The penis is the external sexual organ
The Female Reproductive System
> Three functions of the female reproductive system are Storing egg cells , create offspring, and giving birth
> The menstruation is when the lining of the material, the unfertilized egg, and some blood flow out the body.
> The vagina is the muscular passage way from the uterus to the outside of the body.
> Menstruation is when periods (menstruation's) come regularly.
> Menstrual cycles is a sign that important parts of your body are working normally.
> The average menstrual cycle is 28 days long.
Pregnancy and Labor
> The abdomen becomes hard.
> The vagina begins to open wider when giving labor.
> Its important to stay healthy during Pregnancy.
> Spread only through sexual contact.
> Can cause birth defects.
> Practice abstinence to stay away from STD's
> A person can be a carrier of HIV
> HIV is spread through person to person contact.
> There is no cure for HIV and AIDS.
> Avoid being alone on a date.
> Communicate your limits to a date.
> Know how to respond to pressure.
