What the Preamble Means:
The Preamble is basically a way of putting a Journalist's job into words. What it is basically saying is that the job of the journalist is to find the truth, the WHOLE truth and reporting that truth to the public. Not only to they provide it for the public, they also have to make it comprehensive and easy to read. This is what the Preamble is all about.
