Paragraphs-1.Yesterday I felt like I was in another world with calm people and no one was fighting and it wasn't no drama. I felt good after we had got done doing the meditation I was calm on the inside and outside. 2. I felt good before we started. I felt like i was in a world with people who wasn't fighting and there was no drama.I would try Meditation again either at home or any where else because it was fun and i was quiet and peaceful and it makes you calm and forget about the bad things that happen to you before.
