three actives we did yesterday and the first one we did was the regular mediation , then we did a dream thing and we had animals friends. the last thing we did was this thing where we had all fell asleep.
Before we started mediation i really didn't know how to do mediation because i haven't did mediation before. so i wonder how i would feel when i doing mediation and after i was Finnish. I felt really tired during all three actives.
