When life is getting hard or sad, what advice do you have for people to feel more positive? Give at least three strategies:

- to talk with your friends about the good times.

- to go out and do something.

- listen to music and stop thinking.

List five things/people/places for which you are thankful:

- My two best friends who make every day a smile on my face.

- My crazy little sisters who are amazing.

- I'm thankful for my bed because my bed is really comfortable and awesome.

- I'm thankful for this year because that is a great opportunity.

- I'm thankful for winter because I love to freeze and to play in the snow with my dog.
