  • Perforated country gains economic control of internal state.
  • Ally gain during war.
  • Resources.

DISADVANTAGES:

  • Conflict between perforated country and internal state.
  • Landlocked internal state; financial and travel issues.

ADVANTAGES:

  • Difficult to be conquered by rivals.
  • More resources.

  • Lack of communication between fragments.
