Email Etiquette, Kalee Gruhn, Ms. Johansen, October 1, 2013
Always answer what is asked in the email sent to you. You want to do that so the receiver doesn’t get confused.
Always read the email before you send it. You want to do that because you might need to change things in it to make it sound better.
You want to be careful formatting, because the person may not be able to open it.
Do not reply to spam that is sent to you. This is because you will get even more spam because you are “live”.
Don’t use abbreviations and emoticons because the receiver might not know what it means.
