The Sui, Song, and Tang Dynasties

The Sui Dynasty (581-618 CE) unified China in the 16th century. It was founded by Emperor Wen, but included Emperor Yang and Gong. They had a monarchy government and the capital was in Luoyang. The Sui Dynasty's main accomplishments included mainly poetry, such as the Six Dynasties poetry and the Tang poetry.

The Song Dynasty (960-1127) consisted of the Northern (founded by Zhao Kuangyin) and Southern Song (founded by Zhao Gou). They also had a monarchy government and the capital was in Bianjing. The Song Dynasty's main accomplishments included creating a more advanced type writer, advancing civil engineering, advanced math, and gunpowder.

The Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD) was known as a high point in Chinese civilization. Rulers of the Tang Dynasty included Emperor Gauzu and Ai. They had a monarchy government and the capital was in Chang'an. It was the golden age of Chinese Art and Literature.
