Newton was a Philosopher, Mathematician, Astronomer, Physicist, & Scientist. He was most famous for his laws of motion and universal gravitation. He was fascinated with religion, but he didn't hold orthodox views. He wrote and article on textual criticism of the Bible. One of his most famous quotes was:

  • “If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.”
