Why I Love UD Greek Life

Philanthropy, SIsters and FUN

Joining greek life on UD's campus, specifically Chi Omega, was one of the best decisions I made at college. I have met so many wonderful girls who I can't imagine life with out! I even met my very best friend who is one of my roommates now. Through out the semester I got many opportunities to hang out with my fellow sisters, whether that is at a social, philanthropy event or a sisterhood event. Not only was Chi Omega a great way to meet people, but it also gave me an opportunity to give back through our philanthropy and other events. Our may fund raising event of the year is Chi O Corn Hole. All the money raised at this event goes to the Make A Wish foundation which is our philanthropy. There were also many other opportunities to give back, for instance this year we went to a Nursing Home and bagged lunches for the homeless. Chi Omega has brought me so much happiness over the past year! I would recommend getting involved in UD Greek Life so you can find somewhere you feel at home, just like I do at Chi Omega.
