Digital Health

I have been a person that has loved the new technology tools. When I see a new tech tool, I usually will explore and play with it until I have mastered it. My children on the other hand love technology also but they lack the time that I spent outside as a kid. We take vacations that involve no tech and exploring historical sites.  We have a rule that you have to exercise each day for 30 minutes.  

I have to set limits for myself on the technology that I use each day. I hope that my kids will learn a balance of digital learning with hand on learning. We can also use our tech tools to help us live a healthy life by monitoring our health with digital tools and games.
