TJ Roberts Seasonal Affective Disorder
Some people get symptoms of depression during the winter months. The symptoms go away during the spring and summer months. This is called Seasonal Affective Disorder. Two statistics: 3 out of 4 sufferers are women and it mostly affects ages 18 and 30 years. People can get help if they take medications and some people can buy a light lamp to help the ultraviolet rays. Some people with sad will over eat, withdraw form friends and family, become angry and not sleep well.
