Professor Of Management

Christopher Adalikwu - An Accomplished Author, Researcher, and Consultant

At this point in life, I am very happy where I am. I have been able to do what I aspired for. As a child whenever I used to look at my teachers impart education to us and how they connected with us, I always aspired to be just like them, as they gave us the best of the knowledge they had. By God’s grace, life gave me the right opportunity at the right time and I am where I am today.

I studied at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, majored in Political Science and Business while belonging to the student government and learning about global issues. Subsequently, I matriculated at Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi, later earning a Master of Business Administration from the institution. I returned to school after a break of a few years and completed my Ph.D. in Management in 1995 from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I have been an educationist in the higher education sector as a faculty member and administrator for over 20 decades now. I am a Professor of Management at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Korea. Prior to this, I served as a Professor of Management and Dean of the College of Business at Catholic University. I was also the designated Dean of college of Business at the Columbia Southern University; and a business professor and chair of the division of business and computer information at Concordia College. As an educationist, my area of interest is human resource management, international business, and organizational behavior. Involved with the student body, I like working for students’ professional development activities, answer their questions, and mentor students who needs a clear roadmap and help otherwise.

I have been humbles by a Best Faculty distinction and membership in the Who’s Who in Higher Education listing from 1995 to 2011 for 16 years in a row. I have an inclination towards people’s issues and thus I have devoted my life and time to various other academic organizations, including the American Management Association, the Association of MBA Executives, the International Association for Higher Education Administrators, and the Southern Association of Business Schools Leaders and Scholars.

I have also been blessed enough and honored for publications in various journals and all across platforms like; ‘Tourism as a Creator of Sustainable Human Capital’ in the Journal of Global Business Research; ‘An exploratory study of Facebook integration into classroom management’ in the Croatian Journal of Education; ‘Demographic Predictors of Work-Family Conflict for Men and Women: The Case of Nigeria’ was a study-Research in Business and Management; ‘Evaluating Organizational Efficiency and Success through Knowledge sharing’ in the International Journal of Advances in Management and Economics(IJAME) to name a few.
