Dinner for breakfast

If you were to chose breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast what do you chose? I will chose dinner for breakfast because some time if you skip dinner, the next day where you wake up you can eat the same thing ,but on the morning.

Some of the the great recipe on the dinner on the morning are food with protein, fruit , and vegetable. You shouldn't eat things with lot of sugar, because they don't give a lot of protein to your body, and protein is the key to make you healthy.
