The three things that we tried is first we did breathing in and letting out slowly and saying aum. Second, we listened to a story and tried to relax. Third, we breathed in and let out a sigh. Also we did a basic activity just sitting there and breathing.
I was really excited about the meditation before we did it. I was thinking that I should start doing this more often. No I probably wouldn't do this on my own because I cant really sit still that much and I have to move around and be active.
Meditation- Meditation is where you take deep breaths and relax also have good posture and sit comfortably and let you thoughts go.
Mantra- A word or sound from Hinduism.
Deep Breathing-Breathing means relaxing and taking deep breaths.
