Market Manager

Looking for a full time Market Manager. The MM will work closely with the local client and sales team on event and guerrilla marketing activity and raise brand awareness for a major wireless provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful client and to help continue their growth in the United States. Client Relationship Responsibilities:
-Become the single point of contact for the local client personnel; maintain regular contact and communication between the client and agency..
-Meet with client to gather information to keep updated on product and industry knowledge, ensuring M2W Inc objectives clearly align with the client's objectives.
-Attend weekly meetings with the client and local marketing team as needed.
-Always sell M2W Inc. value to the client and uncover additional opportunities for TEAM to serve the client.
Field Execution Responsibilities:
-Consistently achieve quarterly business objectives for promotional activity.
-Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with corporate marketing team.
-Complete weekly activity reports which recap field activity, accomplishments and follow up needed
-Recap all field activity in a timely manner and evaluate effectiveness and adjust future plans accordingly
-Conduct monthly staff trainings developing a roster of 30+ Brand Ambassadors and 5 Team Leads
-Work with local marketing team to maximize sponsorships at events
People Development Responsibilities:
-Provide both positive and constructive feedback to Team Leads and Brand Ambassadors where applicable improve results and execution standards
-Provide clear direction and expectations for all tasks and requests for information
-Supply all pertinent information to the TL's and BA's about the client's products and services
-Motivate team to have good attitudes and leave a positive brand impression on the consumer
-Deal with any performance issues in a timely manner and stay within policies and procedures, acting with a sense of urgency
Administrative Responsibilities:
-Responsibly manage all assigned company and client equipment and assets to include protection from damage and theft as well as proper packaging and shipping guidelines
-Complete weekly call activity report
-Manage all informational requests of field personnel and recap key takeaways for agency and client Management
-Manage all budgets to ensure programs are executed within budget guidelines
-Complete all expense reports within the allocated time lines and maintain compliant with all expenses per guidelines
-Bachelor's degree from accredited institution preferred
-Experience developing and managing an event team and training event teams.
-Quality computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Familiarity with the market and key accounts catering to the targeted consumers
-Requires work on weekends with day time conference calls, attendance at client meetings, promotional activity targeted on weekends.
