Why i chose A&M

From day one I’ve known that my blood is maroon and it’s not a “thumbs up” it’s a “gig ‘em.” I've wanted to be a veterinarian for as long as I can remember. When I was in kindergarten my dad took me to my first Aggie football game where I watched them dominate LA Tech. On the way home from the game, my dad explained to me that not only did Texas A&M have the best football games, school atmosphere, and traditions, but they also had the best vet school in Texas. When the time came to apply for colleges, I only had one on my mind, and was accepted to Texas A&M University in College Station on November 13, 2014. At Texas A&M, I will double major in Biomedical Sciences and Zoology with the career aspirations of becoming a veterinarian in a zoo.
