Avoid using all caps. THe reason why you shouldn't use all caps is because it is known as yelling and can be rude.

Do not reply back to spam. Replying back to spam will only generate more spam.

Use proper email language. ALways remember to use appropriate and understandable language.

Do not send attachments. Some attachments may have viruses so it's best to not send any attachments.

When writing for a teacher always include background information. When you are writing for a teacher include your first and last name, class period and a specific subject.
