The poetry that i selected for this poem was a haiku. A haiku has a struture and has three lines and goes by five seven five syllables which total has a combine syllables of seven teen. Haiku's were originated in japan by Basho Matsuo in 1644. Haiku's do not need to rhyme and don't need complicated words in them. Most haiku's are about nature and clarity. And they focus alot on imagery.

A Snow of Ball

You make the fire
and I’ll show you something wonderful:
a big ball of snow!
