Reflecting on meditation i learned how to be more comfortable and calm my self and i also learned how to breath right in meditation.i fell asleep from listening to ocean and hear the lady tell me to calm my muscles it was fun i started to giggle a little bit but after 5 minutes i got mature and started to listen when i got up my head was heavy and i couldn't control it was going side to side and up and down it was a relaxer moment i enjoyed it.
