Mexican Stuffed shells

Ingredients for Mexican Stuffed Shells:

1 lb. carne molida (ground beef)

1 (1 1/4 ounce) envasados condimento para tacos (packaged taco seasoning)

1 (4 ounce) queso crema (packaged cream cheese)

14-16 grandes conchas de pasta (large pasta shells)

1 cup salsa

1 cup salsa para tacos (taco sauce(not enchilada sauce))

1 cup queso cheddar rallado (cheddar cheese, shredded)

1 cup queso Monterey Jack (monterey jack cheese, shredded)

1 1/2 cups chips de tortilla (tortilla chips, crushed (optional))

3 cebolla verde picada (green onions, chopped)

1 cup crema agria (sour cream)
