E. coli is the name of a type of bacteria that lives in your intestines. Although most types of E. coli are harmless and are actually part of your digestive system , some types can make you sick.
E.Coli can be found in many different things from hamburger meat to unpasteurized milk and juices. You can also get it from swimming in contaminated water and drinking untreated water. Animals particularly cows, sheep, and goats can carry E. Coli.
The symptoms for E. Coli are Severe abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, vomiting, and little or no fever is present.
