                       Cause and Effect
Summers Work

Every year in the summer his mom would a make a small garden that would like a big one. She made the boys do the work and let their sister get a free be. When Walter remembers this time he always seems happy because it helped them out so much. His mom made them do this because she wanted to show them what hard work is and she also wanted them to stay out of trouble.  Walter was also happy because this yard work helped his strength and endurance build up. They would have to spread 100 pounds of topsoil and the only thing they had was a small wheelbarrow.

This is Walter Paytons mom.
