you need to practice every month every week . you practice Monday, Wednesday and Friday . You need  to do situps pullups and bench little then keep adding more and more each time you bench. you have to push your self and if you don't you wont be ably to do it.

  • frequency-How often you do it. you need to do it every week for a year or 6 mouths but you got to do it Monday,Wednesday,Friday.
  • Intensity-How hard you do it. you have to push hard you got to fell the burn
  • Time-How long you do it. you need to do about 2 to 3 hours and every 30 munites take a 5 munites


You have to eat right and run and go hard when you are training.
