Sir Isaac Newton

  • Sir Isaac Newton was born on January 4th, 1643 in Woolsthorpe, England. He went to school at Cambrige. He was a very intelligent man and changed science for the better. Some of his discoveries involved the theory of gravity and the laws of motion. He discovered calculus and made the first reflecting telescope to see objects in a distance, clearer. He also had a strong theory in heliocentric.

Some interesting facts about Newton were that Einstein considered Newron the smartest person who ever lived and that he studied many classic philosophers and astronomers. His theory in gravity said that a large mass (the sun) all planets will revolve around it. He discovered it when he asked why an apple fell from a tree.

Newton asked why the apple fell from the tree, he asked and discovered GRAVITY

Another one of his theory is that the sun was the center of the solar system. The last interesting fact is that his friend paid for the Principa (a book where he kept all his writings) to be publication. Sadly he died on March 31st,1729. His scientific discoveries will be remembered forever in honor in his name.
