February 4,1913 -October 24,2005. She refused to give up to her's eat on a bus to a white man. She said she was tired of on a bus giving in to the to a white people. She had dignity. She was a strong willed lady.

Rosa Louisa McCauley Parks was an African- American  Civil Rights activist, whom the United States Congress called "the first lady of civil rights" and " the mother of the freedom moment.
