What are my payment options?
Koyal Wholesale accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept business checks and E-Checks. All orders paid for by business checks or E-Check will not ship until payment has been received and the check cleared.
Please Note: We do not accept prepaid credit cards and/or Visa gift cards unless there is a billing address registered with the card.
What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed are quoted in US Dollars.
Will I be charged sales tax?
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of California are charged an 8% sales tax. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of California will not be charged sales tax.
Can I order by phone?
We are unable to accept orders by phone or fax. Please place your order directly online. If you need assistance, our customer service representatives are happy to help you Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM PST via phone at (888) 98-KOYAL, and via live chat.
How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?
After clicking the "Place Your Order" button, you'll be taken to an order confirmation page that will provide your order number. You will also receive a confirmation message to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer samples at this time. On most items, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it with no restocking fee. See our return policy below.
If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
We provide ETAs (estimated time of arrival) on the product page for out of stock products when available. You may also contact Customer Service for more details on specific products.
