Salmonella Poisoning

Christian Paul

Salmonella is a group of bacteria that is very common in the United States.

It occurs in raw poultry, eggs, beef, and sometimes on unwashed fruit and vegetables.

Make sure to properly cook your food. Although it may looked cooked from the outside does not mean it is on the inside.

Most cases of salmonella occurs in poultry and eggs.

According to 1 in 10,000 eggs contain salmonella.

As simple as it sounds, washing your hands can prevent many cases of salmonella coming from animals.

These may sound like easy things to do, but sometimes we may forget to do them.
