Where is it?
Interior of central Mexico, Northwestern Argentina, parts of Bolivia, Nepal, Northern India, northern Bangladesh, northern Myanmar, parts of China, Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and eastern South Africa.
High humidity in the summer and early fall months, this brings lots of precipitation and higher temperatures. The winters are very dry and much colder than the summer season.
