Peru just so happens to be a spanish-speaking country, so lets explore what kind of                      food they eat there!

Lomo Saltado is one of the most popular Peruvian dishes. It is kinda of like a stir fry, and is not something you would necessarily see here in North Carolina. Some people add different things to add a unique flavor, depending on the house you lived in you would probably have a different way of making it than the next family.

You will need 12 ounces of steak, salt and freshly ground pepper, garlic, vegetable oil, pre-cooked fries, red onion, tomato, vinegar, soy sauce, parsley leaves, and cooked white rice. Some adults add beer to it, but we will not be doing that.

This is Peru's flag.

This is Peru's location on the map of Western South Africa.

I asked some people their favorite foods.

Nunca he tenido este plato antes de.
