12/18/14, Advice or gratitude

My advice for people who are feeling down or depressed it to just do something you really like and maybe it will take your mind off of the things you are going through. Another thing is you can just listen to some music or go to sleep and maybe by the time you wake up or stop listening to music you will feel better then you did before.

5 things Im thankful for is:

1. My mom

2. Food

3. Clothes on my back

4. My brothers & sister

5. A house
