As you can see, there are very few differences between these two significant architectural tools. The only true difference, isn't in the way they're made or used, but the designs on them.
The Romans created a lot of new things, and innovated what they had stolen from the Greeks, and that would be the columns.

NOT ONLY did they steal their foundation techniques, but their bath buildings which were another group of important buildings for both the Romans and Greeks.
Greeks were a large influence on the Romans. So big that the Romans just insisted on taking their ideas, innovating them and influencing future civilizations like ourselves.
