Louise Brooks was born on November 14th, 1906. She started dancing at a very young age and acted in her first film at the age of 22. Her most popular films were Pandora's Box, A Girl in Every Port, and Beggars of Life. Brooks was mostly known for her bobbed hairstyle and was the trend setter of the 1920s. She ended her filming career in 1938 and had filmed 25 movies. Brooks then became a painter and a writer. At the age of 78, Louise Brooks died of a heart attack in Rochester, New York.
